About the Owner
I started
this company when I was 21 years old and have built very
close relationships with all of my patients. Because I
started my company so young and on a shoe string budget, I
have really learned the value of personal service and
treating my patients as if they were family. I have a
personal relationship with all of my patients, they have my
direct cell phone number, and they can reach me whenever
they need me. I enjoy assisting my patients every step of
the way; from the paperwork, to legal assistance, to
insurance and most importantly with their health care
experience when dealing with an auto accident.
I have sat
with hundreds of my patients, which are now good friends of
mine, at their dinner table helping them with more than just
their auto accident needs. My wife and I have helped our
patients with everything from finding a house to finding a
job. To me and my company, you are more than just a patient,
you are a friend. That is what makes our patients loyal to
us. Our transfer rate to competitors is less than .5%
percent (you can’t be all things to all people) and we want
to keep that way.
My
business is built on referrals, so we will continue to
serve our patients like family for years to come. Thank
